• Delivering business process solution end to end
• Providing consultancy expertise
• Technical solution implementation
• Business process improvement

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE?

• Previous experience in delivering various Salesforce solutions, min. 3 years
• Previous experience in client facing roles min. 3 years
• Advanced consultancy experience and project management experience
• Proven successes in leading complex projects in various industries
• Ability to share the knowledge and provide mentoring
• Various Salesforce certifications
• English- professional working proficiency

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Be an internal project owner, innovator, value creator
• Managing Projects end to end
• Providing scope and ensuring individual and team delivery of tasks on time and on budget
• Creating and innovating on formats of workshops, meetings, collaboration internally & externally
• Mentoring & coaching team members and project members
• Being proactive on new opportunities & upselling
• Creating trusted advisor relationships with clients
