We are 12000+ team across the globe and are passionate about the development of advisory and consulting services. And we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce team!

The Salesforce Consultant will be focused on Salesforce projects implementation as well as business development and pre-sales. In particular, the Consultant will advise clients on Salesforce products implementation from scratch, Salesforce solutions enhancements, development of strategic roadmaps for change as well as leading the change in the practice

YOU ARE

• A Salesforce Consultant with at least 2-year working experience
• Possessing expert-level Sales Cloud out-of-the-box features understanding
• Strongly skilled in terms of platform app building – Data Modeling, Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, Flow Builder
• A holder of Service Cloud expertise (beneficial)
• Showing a concept of Agile software delivery methodologies such as SCRUM and tools such as Jira
• Demonstrating active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Proposing, implementing, and managing the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
• Demonstrating solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
• Presenting solution options to Client, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
• Leading the Client sessions to gather, define, and documenting business requirements
• Developing implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
• Performing impact analysis for scope change requests, documenting changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
• Participation in declarative system configuration when necessary
• Providing technical and functional expertise to project teams
• Design and participation in end-user acceptance testing
• Engagement in training content development and Administrator and end-user training delivery
