Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative you will be a crucial member of Mooza’s Sales Team reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director – Ewelina. You will be the first person to speak with our potential customers to discover their needs in order to qualify the potential opportunities for Mooza support services or new implementations of Salesforce.

You are a good fit for this role if you are organized, curious about business needs, experienced with cold calling and emailing, and you like to work with targets. As BDR you will work closely with Mooza Account Executives in your territory, consulting potential customers on how Salesforce & Mooza Services can help their businesses, planning the sales outreach activities and qualifying the potential opportunities passing them over to the AE to carry the sales till close. This role is a great opportunity for self-development, once you have reached a level of proficiency, you will have the chance to move to a more senior role of the Account Executive.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE?

  • Previous professional experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record with cold calling and email campaigns
  • Knowledge of working with targets & KPIs
  • Fluent English (must have)
  • Any additional languages (would be a plus)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (nice to have)
  • Very good understanding of B2B software industry (SaaS, CRM, Salesforce) and selling services / projects (nice to have)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Sourcing new businesses through outbound prospecting activities
  • Generating interest through outbound cold calling, emailing, networking, social selling
  • Organizing and supporting marketing campaigns & events (such as onsite customer meetings & webinars) for demand generation in close collaboration with marketing team and following up on these activities to qualify the prospects
  • Prospecting activities with monthly KPIs for targeted call and email campaigns & number of qualified leads and created opportunities
  • Disciplined ways of working with qualification and reporting & updating the customer data in Mooza’s internal Salesforce Org
  • Close Alignment with the Mooza AEs on the prospecting strategy to identify & source net new pipeline that leads to closed new revenue
  • Researching and understanding various lines of businesses
