Account Executive – Corporate Clients

As an Account Executive – Corporate Clients you will be a crucial member of Mooza’s Sales Team reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director – Ewelina. You’ll be closely working with other members of our brilliant Sales & Marketing team: Business Development Representatives (BDR), other AEs, and Marketing Manager. You’ll be prospecting and building a pipeline of new business opportunities, working with incoming leads and the channel partner (Salesforce).

You are a good fit for this role if you are tech-savvy, process-driven and organised, curious about business needs, experienced with cold calling and emailing, and you are motivated working in a target driven environment, whilst maintaining a positive attitude.

This role is a mixture of acquisition sales, product management and software project management.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE?

  • Fluent English, you’ll be working mainly with English-speaking customers
  • Very good understanding of B2B software industry (SaaS, CRM, Salesforce) and selling services / projects
  • 5+ years of experience in selling innovative and compelling software solutions/products
  • Experience in software sales (ideally in SaaS) with consultative selling skills
  • Excited to develop and execute a business sales plan from pipeline to forecasts to negotiation and closing large contracts
  • A “Can Do” attitude with strong communication skills, relationship building and problem-solving abilities
  • Great at understanding customer needs and know how to look for the 'question behind the question’. You leave no room for interpretation.
  • Entrepreneurial skills. You have a lot of energy, are persistent, and enjoy the buzz of closing deals
  • Partnership building skills. You can build a strong partnership with multiple contacts at the customer and help them drive change.
  • Experience in working with Partnerships (Partners / Vendors etc.)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Manage your assigned territories and existing customers
  • Develop you territories and generate new business
  • Manage the sales process from demand generation, identification and initial contact through to closing
  • Collaborate and work with different members of Mooza Team (Sales & Marketing Team (incl. BDR); Delivery Team etc.)
  • Establish lasting relationship with Salesforce AE
  • Lead discovery conversations (identifying needs & qualifying) with potential customers, provide sales assistance and successfully negotiate sales contracts
  • Be responsible for overseeing the territory development plan that will help you to hit your targets
  • Conduct periodic customer success meetings & strategic planning
  • Work with mutual close plans
  • Help shape the team and improve processes
