Salesforce Team Lead

After 4 years on the market and doubling our size YoY we decided to slow down a bit in 2022.

Instead of rapid growth we are going to focus more on:

  • reinforce our processes and implement delivery best practises
  • establishing common talent development ground for every team member
  • bringing more subject matter experts to the team
  • empowering our Leadership team – especially Team Leaders

We are on the search for a skilled Salesforce Team Leader – actually, the first one that we will have in Poland.

We are SF Gold Partner (42 FTE) with HQ in Prague and branches in Brno, Krakow, and Warszawa. And we are missing a person who will lead the local polish team consisting of SF business analysts and SF consultants.

YOUR SCOPE WILL FOCUS ON 4 MAIN AREAS:

  • Owning and delivering business process solution end to end
  • Building relations with the clients by providing high quality expertise
  • People and project management
  • Mentoring your team members on how to create deliverables and fulfill project tasks

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE?

  • Previous experience in delivering various Salesforce solutions (or other SaaS)
  • Great technical knowledge: tools and system usage
  • Previous experience with team leading or potential to become a good team leader
  • Advanced consulting experience
  • Experience in client facing roles
  • English- professional working proficiency
  • Various Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Consultant role:
    • Building working models
    • Creating and managing user stories, preparing supporting documentation
    • Proactive risk management & risk mitigation strategy
    • Running workshops individually with support of other team members
    • Working on projects with Clients from all over the globe
    • Providing added value to projects
  • Team Leader role:
    • Leading day to day team’s performance, managing workloads, team’s relations and resources, long and short term strategy
    • Providing accurate guidance to all subordinates
    • Assuring quality of provided solutions at all stages
    • Talent recognition and upskilling subordinates
    • Monitoring work effectiveness, managing allocation & utilization
